Estrogen

Innehållsförteckning

Estrogen is a group of steroid hormones primarily considered to be female sex hormones.

Estrogen production in the body can be increased by eating foods containing the element Boron – for example, avocado, blueberries, celeriac, and pears (seedless), as well as in the B-Calm supplement. Three milligrams of Boron can double estrogen production – even after menopause.

Estrogen deficiency in women causes, in addition to mood swings and hot flashes, thin and dry mucous membranes in the genitals, eyes, nose, and mouth. The deficiency manifests as small lines down towards the mouth (read more under Face Reading).

Progesterone deficiency manifests as a mustache and extra hair growth on, for example, the legs due to relatively excessive testosterone. Progesterone deficiency causes mood swings, depression, infertility, and amenorrhea. Many women also leak estrogen. This outflow, which occurs through, among other things, the liver, can be partially slowed down by eating grapefruit or drinking freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. Drink 2-8 deciliters/day/serving. Men also respond to this "hormone (testosterone) sparing therapy". Try it!

Those who do not want to use factory-produced chemical (commercial) estrogens can instead take the natural route. Staying as close to nature as possible is to interact – protect the environment – preserve health. Lignans, substances in rye, rosehip, and flaxseed bran, are converted in the gut into phytoestrogen, which also applies to so-called isoflavones.

In allopathy, i.e., conventional medicine, xenobiotic estrogen from, for example, the urine of pregnant mares is used. Synthetic hormones pollute nature. Not even water treatment plants remove them. Feel free to purify your tap water!

    Estrogen-rich plants

    • Rye bran. Mix, for example, with spelt bran and eat two tablespoons/day against tumors/diverticula.
    • Rue leaves and stem. Mix into food or make tea. The monks' "withdrawal herb".
    • Soybeans in all forms, for example, tofu.
    • Alfalfa – "Alfalfa" (seeds, leaves). Eat sprouts or alfalfa powder with food.
    • Hop cones. In most types of beer (hence swollen men).
    • Sage leaves. As tea or in complete protein dishes (mix into, for example, patties).
    • Flaxseed. Ground just before intake or chewed thoroughly. Use in, for example, muesli.
    • Licorice root. Chew on sticks or make tea.
    • Green peas. In salads or as pea soup. Mix a little anise into the soup!
    • Chewed tomato seeds. Place as "snuff" under the upper lip.
