Shipping policy

We ship most orders within 1–3 business days, provided the item is in stock. During busy periods, promotions or other special occasions, delivery times may be slightly longer.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with information about the estimated delivery time.

We offer delivery within Sweden via DHL and other available shipping options shown at checkout.

Shipping costs for consumers within Sweden

DHL Service Point, 0–2.9 kg: 49 SEK
Postnord pickup point: 49 SEK
DHL Service Point, 3–19 kg: 59 SEK
Letter parcel up to 500 g: 39 SEK

We offer free shipping on orders over 600 SEK

Uncollected parcels

For deliveries to a pickup point or Service Point, you as the customer are responsible for collecting the parcel within the stated time.

If you are unable to collect the parcel yourself, you can authorize someone else to collect it for you.

For parcels that are not collected, a fee of 149 SEK is charged to cover the costs of shipping, return shipping and handling.
