Our rosehip powder contains wild rosehips of the Rosa Canina variety with seeds, pulp, and skin, dried at room temperature to preserve vital nutrients as much as possible.

The rosehips are picked in Macedonia, Germany, Bulgaria, and other places in Europe. We try to keep transport distances as short as possible for the sake of the environment.

Rosehip is one of the richest sources of vitamin C known, with up to 60 times more vitamin C than citrus fruits. Just one hectogram of dried rosehips contains 270 mg of vitamin C.

Rosa Canina, or dog rose, grows wild along the coastlines in countries such as Denmark and Sweden, so it's excellent for self-picking during the season. The bushes thrive in nutrient-poor soils like on hills, in thickets, and along roadsides. Similar edible rosehip varieties can also be found inland.

Usage
Consume 1-3 tablespoons daily. The powder can be mixed into juice or sprinkled on yogurt. Do not heat it!

Our hydrogen peroxide solution is prepared by diluting 30% hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) (food grade) to 3% using pure reverse osmosis water. An organic phosphonic acid derivative is used as a stabilizer (unlike many others who use phenacetin, a substance that drug researchers are now warning against as it has been shown to induce kidney changes at a cellular level). This product is also available as a refill:

Our tooth powder for daily brushing provides an all-natural cleaning for your mouth. Unlike modern dental care products, this powder contains no factory-made chemical additives. This means you get gentle maintenance for your teeth and oral cavity.

The mouth feels best when we let it be cleaned with natural substances, so our contribution to more natural oral care is this pH tooth powder. We do not use any factory-made chemical sulfur additives that foam, which means the powder does not foam in the mouth and also removes the protective mucous membrane around the teeth. A cleaner tooth brushing, thus!

You don't need to worry if you accidentally swallow powder while brushing. It is not harmful at all.

When you brush your teeth, you should also take the opportunity to check how your tongue looks. It should be light pink and not have any colored coating in the form of bacteria, fungi, etc. Make it a habit to also brush your tongue, so you maintain fresh hygiene throughout your mouth.

Usage

You use the tooth powder just like any regular toothpaste. First, wet your toothbrush under running water, then brush your teeth. You can advantageously use an electric toothbrush with rotating bristles, but a regular brush works just as well. Children can also use the powder.

pH-balance Naked Oats (Avena Sativa) naturally become a good friend to your body. Oats are an excellent "superfood" that has always been used unprocessed, for horses among other things. In our own kitchens, unfortunately, it is most common in the form of steam-prepared and chemically salted "groats" which, according to tradition, should be heated into porridge with additional table salt in chlorinated tap water before being eaten. We suggest that you rather swallow the oat grains whole, because only then can they give your small intestine a much-needed "cleaning" and then nourish the good bacteria in the large intestine. In addition to being food for large intestine bacteria, whole oats also contain their own good bacteria as well as bran/fibres.

Usage Swallow a level tablespoon of whole oats 2-3 times a day without chewing. When the oat grains have been in the small intestine for just under a day, they enter the large intestine, where they open up and provide food for bacteria such as Bifidus, known as prebiotics. Excellent food, just like lacto-fermented vegetables, onions, white cabbage, and Jerusalem artichokes. Another method is to do a four-day whole oat fast by eating 1.4 decagrams of oats per day spread throughout the day. Chew each grain well and drink plenty of alkaline water with it. Feel free to take a heaped teaspoon of pH-calcium in the morning or evening during the fast. 📌 Energy bars with blueberry powder and naked oats Tip: Grind the oats yourself in a coffee grinder or spice grinder. This gives you an excellent gluten-free flour that, together with a little lukewarm water, can be mixed into a fine porridge or gruel. Feel free to add some homemade muesli with whole rosehip flour, nettle, freshly crushed flaxseeds, and possibly a little natural salt.

Our powders are dried at room temperature to best preserve all vital nutrients, and together these components form a highly nutritionally optimized food. At pH-balans, we have used this blend ourselves for many years, and it has been developed with both nutrition and taste experience in mind. Rosehip is one of the most vitamin C-rich sources known. Nettle - the land-based equivalent of algae. It contains about 70 vital substances, including abundant chlorophyll. Blueberry is rich in sterols and powerful antioxidants, primarily the pigment anthocyanin.

Our blueberry powder contains whole berries with seeds and skins that have been dried at room temperature to preserve all vital nutrients in the best possible way. Approximately one-tenth of the berries remain after drying and pressing, so for every kilogram of blueberry powder, ten kilograms of fresh berries are used. We primarily use our powder for its nutritional value – meaning taste and color take a backseat for the best nutritional value and an affordable price (so that larger quantities can be consumed). The berry powder we offer is first pressed, then dried and pulverized to utilize the seeds and skin where most of the nutrients are located. In dried, pulverized form, larger quantities can then be consumed, for example, for vision and digestion. Our berries come from either Sweden/Norrland or from southeastern Europe. We would prefer to only source from Sweden, but due to raw material shortages, we also import from Europe. Nutritionally, they are similar, but the European berries have less flavor due to fewer hours of sunshine. The difference between the various berry forms available: - Fresh berries are always best, but they are difficult to eat and store in therapeutic quantities. - Pressed and dried powders: high nutritional content and affordable price, but less flavor and color. Fewer transports. - Juice: not as much nutrition, but lots of flavor and color. - Freeze-dried: most nutritious of the powders, lots of flavor and color, and easy to consume in therapeutic quantities – but unfortunately, completely unaffordable for therapy. - Unpressed and dried powders: difficult to obtain because strong drying is required to dry them without pressing first. Often, they must be dried at higher temperatures, which reduces nutritional value. These also require more and refrigerated transports because they cannot be frozen or compacted like pressed powders.

1. Swedish blueberries are picked in Norrland (slightly coarser powder as it's a small producer with less drying capacity) by local or hired pickers from Europe. We perform random checks at AK lab in Borås.
2. European berries are picked in countries with little industry and much forest, providing employment opportunities in rural areas – Macedonia, Romania, Bulgaria.

They are collected by a German company that is involved in the entire process and conducts a total of 9 lab tests on all batches. Blueberries are naturally rich in vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids. They also contain plenty of sterols and antioxidants – primarily the pigment anthocyanin.

Usage Very suitable for daily consumption. Mix into smoothies or juice. Perfect as a flavoring or coloring agent. Do not heat the powder above 42 degrees Celsius, as heat will destroy its fine nutritional properties. Did you know? Blueberries were used in folk medicine as a remedy for diarrheal diseases and other stomach ailments. Our beetroot powder is made from fresh beetroots that have been dried at low temperatures to best preserve their nutrients. In powder form, the "bleeding beet" is easy to handle without staining. pH strips for testing the body's acidity. The more hydrogen ions a solution contains in relation to the number of oxygen molecules, the lower (more acidic) the pH value. Since our cells constantly need oxygen, a low pH value can be described as having an oxygen deficiency, which damages the body's general condition and leads to imbalances (diseases). With the help of these pH strips, you can get a decent indicator of your body's pH value by measuring your urine yourself and comparing the color change with the accompanying scale. The lower down the scale your measurement results fall, the more acidic it is, but even a basic value can indicate strong acidification as the kidneys form ammonium when they "capture" strong acids from the blood. This is, among other things, to prevent corrosion on its way out of the body. The value should be relatively consistently at pH (6.8-) 7, which is neutral like water.
