- Swedish blueberries are picked in Norrland (slightly coarser powder as it's a small producer with less drying capacity) by local or hired pickers from Europe. We conduct spot checks at AK lab in Borås.
- European counterparts are picked in countries with little industry and a lot of forest, providing employment opportunities in rural areas - Macedonia, Romania, Bulgaria.
Usage Very suitable for daily consumption. Feel free to mix into smoothies or juice. Perfect as a flavoring or coloring agent. Do not heat the powder above 42 degrees Celsius, as heat will destroy its fine nutritional properties. Trivia! Blueberries were used in folk medicine as a remedy for diarrheal diseases and other stomach ailments. Boiled blueberries were recommended specifically for diarrhea, while raw berries were considered good for constipation. 📌 Energy bars with blueberry powder and naked oats

Flaxseed oil is a "light" oil – the more omega-3 (alpha-linolenic acid), the thinner the fat. The body readily exchanges heavier saturated fats for lighter polyunsaturated and healthy fats.
Contents: Alpha-linolenic acid (55%) becomes Omega-3 acids EPA and DHA, linoleic acid (16%) becomes Omega-6 acids GLA, AA, DGLA, but also Omega-9 oleic acid (10%) and 19% other fatty acids.
Usage Consume 1-3 tablespoons daily, preferably with vegetables or fruit to optimize the absorption of the oil. Also consume calcium-rich foods, as fatty acids require calcium for metabolism. Feel free to mix the oil in dressings, smoothies or similar - but note that it should not be heated above 40 degrees Celsius.
Ingredients Flaxseed oil and natural lemon and rosemary flavouring

Usage Use 1 deciliter of bath powder per bath. Fill the bathtub with warm water, preferably as warm as you can tolerate, but do not exceed 39 degrees (this is to avoid a drop in blood pressure). Bathe for about 20 minutes, and add the bath powder only during the last five minutes. Brush and massage your body in the water during the bath, with special focus on your hands and feet. Finish by showering off your body. If you suffer from rough skin, we recommend adding two deciliters of soft soap to the water from the beginning of the bath. If you don't have a bathtub, or want to focus specifically on your feet/hands, you can advantageously do a foot and/or hand bath. In that case, you replace the amount of powder with one tablespoon instead of one deciliter, but otherwise follow the same procedure as for a full-body bath.
Contents 92% Na2CO3 and 8% CaMgCO3

Usage Bring water to a boil and add the powder. Then immediately reduce the heat and let the water steep until it has a dark golden-brown color. Those who want to try a more complex method that extracts the maximum from the chaga should place it in water at a temperature of 65 degrees Celsius and let it simmer gently for 4-5 days. This also preserves the proteins, sterols, and enzymes in the mushroom. Chaga has a natural "vanilla-like" tone, similar to rooibos tea, mixed with notes of forest.
