A balanced blend of traditional herbs based on ancient knowledge!
Use Drink a large cup of tea daily. Place a heaped teaspoon of the bag's contents in hot water and let it steep for 5–10 minutes. For maximum effect, don't just drink the decoction (the soluble substances) but also swallow the "dregs" – that is, the herbs. You can also try adding them to a soup, or why not a hearty stew? Please note that since several of the herbs are wild-picked, there may occasionally be small stones in the bag, so chew carefully if you choose to eat the herbs.
Contents Dried herbs in a carefully balanced mix of anise, caraway, fennel seeds, licorice root, peppermint, rose petals, and milk thistle.
Usage Swallow a level tablespoon of whole oats 2-3 times a day without chewing. When the oat grains have been in the small intestine for just under a day, they enter the large intestine, where they open up and provide food for bacteria such as Bifidus, known as prebiotics. Excellent food, just like lacto-fermented vegetables, onions, white cabbage, and Jerusalem artichokes. Another method is to do a four-day whole oat fast by eating 1.4 decagrams of oats per day spread throughout the day. Chew each grain well and drink plenty of alkaline water with it. Feel free to take a heaped teaspoon of pH-calcium in the morning or evening during the fast. 📌 Energy bars with blueberry powder and naked oats Tip: Grind the oats yourself in a coffee grinder or spice grinder. This gives you an excellent gluten-free flour that, together with a little lukewarm water, can be mixed into a fine porridge or gruel. Feel free to add some homemade muesli with whole rosehip flour, nettle, freshly crushed flaxseeds, and possibly a little natural salt.
Content Organically grown oats, including bran and kernel, but without the outer husk. Eco-certification: SE-EKO-07
Usage Tip: Feel free to make your own bran dispenser from a small spice jar that is easy to carry and sprinkle on fiber-deficient foods such as cooked vegetables, eggs, meat, fish, cheese, boiled potatoes, sauces, jam, tofu, bread, pancakes, soup, desserts, and sweets, etc. You can also use the bran in your muesli, or to thicken sauces, soups, and stews, etc.
