With matcha, you consume the entire leaf in powdered form.Oolong vs matchaOolong leaves are never crushed or powdered, but rolled into small spirals.Sencha vs matchaBoth come from the same tea plant, but sencha is grown in full sun while matcha is grown in the shade, which results in different color and flavor.
