Sunbathing
Protect your body from the sun's UV rays by creating an internal sunscreen. Protecting externally with chemical substances does not help against so-called sun-related diseases, as these are actually due to a lack of calcium, vitamin D, and other vital substances.
The sun is the only true calcium and vitamin D metabolizer. First, however, it should be mentioned that vitamin D is not a vitamin but a hormone and should be treated accordingly.
UV light from the sun triggers the vitamin D present in the body. Vitamin D from the sun triggers the vitamin D stored in the body. The vitamin D in each cell then triggers the calcium present there to act as a pump, bringing nutrients to each cell's mitochondria and so on.
Be out in the sunlight every day – there is sunlight every day! The sun's UV light triggers the pro-vitamin D ("vitamin D0") present on the skin, as it changes to vitamin D1. Vitamin D1 then goes to the liver, which in turn converts vitamin D1 to vitamin D2. Vitamin D2 then goes to the kidneys to make the finished vitamin D3. D3 then travels to the duodenum, which in turn needs calcium to, among other things, pigment the skin, build bones, and manage heart contractions.
Advice for sunbathers
Fill a 1.5-liter PET bottle with two tablespoons of pH lime in water, and drink this lime mixture throughout the day. This provides a sun protection factor equivalent to approximately 10. The basic pH lime also normalizes the oxidation/aging process on and within the skin. Be careful though, especially early in spring. The skin needs to get used to sudden changes.
To achieve a more even and fuller tan/pigmentation/sun protection, also make a drink with one tablespoon of nettle powder and one tablespoon of rosehip powder. Mix into, for example, cranberry or blueberry juice. Nettle contains, among other things, folic acid and chlorophyll which protect the skin from within, just as rosehip powder does with its beta-carotene, boron, and omega 3. Antioxidants are found in both nettle and rosehip.
Feel free to use our pH basic package as foundational support for the body's general condition. Sunbathing without protective substances leads to burns. Many of our light-skinned customers with problems like fibromyalgia easily get "burnt" by the sun – because they lack substances (especially calcium) that are part of the pigmentation process. pH lime dramatically increases vitamin D absorption.
