Graviola – the spiky tropical fruit

Graviola contains calcium, zinc, phosphorus, and magnesium, as well as the antioxidant Coenzyme Q10.
Good to know
Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not use graviola, as certain substances in the fruit have traditionally been avoided during pregnancy.

Dried and ground into powder, graviola is often mixed into smoothies or other beverages.
