How to use pH-kalk

Dissolve pH-kalk in a glass of water – preferably on an empty stomach, about 30 minutes before or an hour after a meal – for best absorption.

Start with 1 heaped teaspoon per day, then adjust as needed based on stress and lifestyle.

pH-kalk is suitable for all ages and can be used regularly as part of a balanced lifestyle.

Content per teaspoon (5 g):

• Carbonate ions (CO3): approx. 3000 mg
  Distribution: approx. 70% calcium carbonate and 30% magnesium carbonate (corresponding to approx. 50/50 mmol)

• Calcium: approx. 1400 mg (from calcium carbonate)

• Magnesium: approx. 600 mg (from magnesium carbonate)
