Terms of Purchase and Delivery

Prices and payment

In our webshop for private customers, all prices include VAT. In the shopping cart, you can see the total amount including all fees, VAT, shipping, and payment.

All our payments are processed by Svea Ekonomi AB, and you can choose to pay by card, direct bank transfer, or invoice which must be paid within 14 days. For purchases made by invoice, a credit check may be performed. In case of delayed or non-payment, a reminder fee of currently SEK 60 will be charged, along with a default interest rate of 2%.

Right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. In your message to us, it must be clearly stated that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the product or a significant part of it. If the agreement concerns a custom-made product – or a product that has been given a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period begins on the day we provide information.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to keep the product in the same good condition as when you received it. You may not use the product, but you may carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose your right of withdrawal.

Guarantees and service

We guarantee that our products are of the highest quality. Should you for any reason not be satisfied, please feel free to contact us for a possible product exchange.

Privacy policy

When you place an order with us, you provide your personal data. In connection with this, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. In such cases, please contact us via email. Read more about our privacy policy here.

Deliveries

Most deliveries are shipped from us within 1-3 days if the item is in stock. On special occasions, delivery may take longer. If the item is not in stock, we will contact you with information about the delivery time.

Returns

Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not cash on delivery. For exchanges, we pay the new shipping cost from us to you.

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, if it concerns a product: you must send or return it to us. If it concerns a service: you must keep the material available to us, unless it causes you inconvenience.

Obligation to refund

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we shall refund what you have paid for the product as soon as possible, or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the product or, if it is a service, the notification that you have withdrawn from the purchase. You will pay the return costs yourself when you send back the product. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement products.

Unclaimed packages

When sending packages to an agent/service point, you must always pick up your package. If you are unable to do so yourself, you can always send an agent to pick it up for you. If the package is not picked up, a fee of SEK 149 will be charged.

Shipping information

Please notify us when ordering if DHL can leave the package at your door if you are not home. DHL also has pick-up points.
Would you like DHL to call you just before delivery? Cost SEK 75 extra.

  • DHL delivery to Servicepoint: SEK 49 (free shipping from SEK 600 and 0–2.9 kg)
  • DHL delivery to Servicepoint: SEK 59 (free shipping from SEK 600 and 3–19 kg)
  • Home delivery: SEK 159 (free shipping from SEK 1000)
  • Pick up at our warehouse in Hedekas or Gothenburg by arrangement: SEK 0
  • Varubrev (up to 250 g): SEK 29
  • Varubrev (250 to 500 g): SEK 39

Refunds

Card, direct bank transfer & invoice SVEA

If you have already paid for your order, but for some reason regret your purchase, you will be refunded to the same card or account from which the money was debited. Once we have approved a return, the money will be refunded automatically.
