Directions: 3 capsules 1-3 times daily. For digestive discomfort: Take 5 capsules at least 30 minutes before a meal and 5 capsules after a meal.

Contents per daily dose: (3-10 capsules) 600-2000mg activated charcoal.

Ingredients: Activated charcoal made from vegetable material from coconut shells (Cocos Nucifera L.).

Ingredients per capsule: 200mg activated vegetable charcoal, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable capsule), anti-caking agent (magnesium salt derived from vegetable fatty acids).
