5 warming drinks for cold season

Immune Boost1 piece fresh ginger, 1 clove garlic, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp honey.Boil 5 dl water with ginger and garlic. Pour the strained drink over turmeric in a cup, add honey when the drink has cooled.Ginger Shot1 tbsp finely grated ginger, 1 squeezed lemon, 5 tbsp water, 3/4 tbsp honey. Mix and blend, strain and drink.Turmeric Shot1.5 dl fruit juice, 1 tbsp turmeric, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp coconut oil. Blend with a blender or shaker.Warming drink with garlic and honey10 cloves garlic, 4 dl water, 0.5 dl apple cider vinegar, 1 lemon, 4 tbsp honey. Simmer the garlic in the water, strain, stir in the other ingredients.Ginger Shot for the whole week400g fresh ginger, 2 lemons, 1 liter water, 3 tbsp honey. Blend the ginger with water, let stand, strain, add lemon and honey.
